This office block’s facade was built with mineral facade facing: MATT by Carea. It was installed by application to a curtain wall. A thicker facing was used for the lower sections (21 mm), which helped to reinforce the wall bases. Not only is the facing impact-resistant, it is also non-porous thanks to its mineral nature: its graffiti-resistance will reduce cleaning costs in the future.
